Who I am

23rd Creative is a small web design studio in Surrey, run by Hamed. If you have any questions about your details, email hamed@23rdcreative.co.uk.

What I collect

When you use the form on this website, I receive the details you type in:

• your name and business name
• your phone number and, if you add it, your email address
• a link to your website or Google listing, if you add one
• anything you write in the message box

To make a free preview, I may also use information your business already shows in public, such as your Google listing or current website.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare your free preview and, if you go ahead, build and look after your website. I do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who else sees it

Your request reaches me by email, so my web host and email provider store it for me. Nobody else receives it.

How long I keep it

If you don’t go ahead, I delete your request within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep your details for as long as I work for you and as long as the law requires for business records.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Some example photos on this website come from Unsplash, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time. Just email me. If you are unhappy with how I handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
